WOD 7.21.12


17 minute countdown:

  • 75 sit-ups
  • 25 burpees
  • 50 hand release push-ups
  • 25 burpees
  • 50 air squats
  • 75 sit-ups
  • With any remaining time AMRAP “God bless ‘muricas”

Notes: In a “God bless ‘murica” you simply lay all the way flat on your back then place one hand over your heart, and come to a full standing position however you would like. Return to laying flat on your back while keeping the same hand over your heart. That is one rep. Switch hands before continuing.
