18 minute AMRAP:

  • 5 push-presses (135/95)
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 15 burpees

Extra Credit

Gymnastics: 

  • Death by rope climb

Notes: Start a rolling clock. At the start of the first minute do 1 rope climb. At the start of the 2nd minute do 2 rope climbs. Continue adding 1 rope climb/minute until you are unable to complete the round.

Intervals: 

  • Row 500 meters
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • Run 500 meters
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • 30 burpees
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • 60 double unders
