- 50 sit-ups
- 500 meter run
- 40 double unders
- 40 sit-ups
- 400 meter run
- 30 double unders
- 30 sit-ups
- 300 meter run
- 20 double unders
- 20 sit-ups
- 200 meter run
- 10 double unders
- 10 sit-ups
- 100 meter run
Notes: 22 minute cutoff. If you are doing singles, do x 10. Example: 50 doubles = 500 singles.
