CrossFit FMS WOD: Partner WOD

First 6 Minutes:

  • While one partner holds a wall sit at parallel the other will do AMRAP of lateral bar hops. Switch as often as you like but both partners must yell, “Ho-Ho-Ho!” as you switch. Forgetting to yell = 300m run for both partners

Second 6 Minutes:

  • While one partner hangs from the pull-up bar the other will do AMRAP of push-ups. Switch as often as you like but both partners must yell, “Bah-Humbug!” as you switch. Forgetting to yell = 300m run for both partners.

Third 6 Minutes:

  • While one partner holds a plank the other will do AMRAP of sit-ups. Switch as often as you like but both partners must yell, “Cotton-headed, Ninny-mugginz!” as you switch. Forgetting to yell = a 300m run for both partners.

*Notes: Score = total reps from the entire workout.
