CrossFit FMS WOD:

Warm-Up:

1.) 5 minute AMRAP:

  • 10 front squats (PVC)
  • 10 good mornings (PVC)
  • 5 burpees

2.) Power clean progressions

3.) Movement set-up and review

WOD:

4 rounds for total reps of:

  • 1 minute AMRAP of power cleans (135/95)
  • 1 minute AMRAP of front squats (135/95)
  • 1 minute AMRAP of deadlifts (135/95)
  • 1 minute REST

*Notes: Score = total reps from all 4 rounds

Mobility: 

  • Foam roll t-spine: 3:00
