Warm-Up:

1.) 5 minute AMRAP:

  • 10 bar kips
  • 10 up/down dogs
  • 10 sit-ups

2.) Movement set-up and review

WOD:

All for time:

  • 30 Toes-to-bars
  • 60 Deadlifts (165/115)
  • 90 Burpees

Mobility/After Party: 

1.) Lying + twisting shoulder mobility: 2 x 2:00
