WOD 7.17.13

CrossFit FMS WOD:

Deadlift

Warm-Up:

1.) 5 minute AMRAP:

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 bar kips
  • 15 jumping jacks

2.) Deadlifts:

  • 5 at a moderate load
  • 5 at WOD load

3.) Movement set-up and review

WOD:

2 rounds of the following sequence:

  • 2 minute AMRAP of deadlifts (225/155)
  • 2 minute AMRAP of box jumps (24”)
  • 2 minute AMRAP of T2Bs
  • 2 minute REST

After Party:

  • Pick up your key card if you haven’t done so yet.
