CrossFit FMS WOD:

melpullup

 

Warm-Up:

1.) 6 minute countdown. Run 600 meter then AMRAP:

  • 10 bar kips
  • 10 up/down dogs
  • 10 alt. sampson stretches

WOD:

“Cindy”

20 minute AMRAP:

  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 air squats

Mobility: 

  • Foam roll calves: 2 x 2:00
