WOD 8.15.13

CrossFit FMS WOD: 

For Friday's class we will cover the progressions on how to kick up into a handstand as well as what to do once you get there!

Warm-Up:

1.) 4 minute AMRAP:

  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 10 up/down dogs
  • 5 buprees

2.) Press:

  • 5 light
  • 5 moderate

WOD:

1.) Press: 3×5

2.) Conditioning:

1 round, all back-to-back.

  • 3 minute AMRAP of toes to bars
  • 3 minute AMRAP of HSPUs
  • 3 minute AMRAP of box jumps (24”)

*Notes: Score = total reps from all 3 movements.

After Party: 

  • Lying shoulder stretch: 3 minutes
