CrossFit FMS WOD:

Warm-Up:

1.) 5 minute AMRAP:

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 up/down dogs
  • 10 bar kips

WOD:

All for time:

  • 35 HSPUs
  • 70 burpees
  • 35 C2B pull-ups
  • 70 calorie row

*Notes: 20 minute cutoff. 

After Party: 

  • 2 x 2:00 airplane crash victim
