CrossFit FMS WOD:

Back-Squat (1)

Warm-Up:

1.) 6 minute countdown. Run 600 meters then AMRAP:

  • 6 back squats
  • 6 burpees
  • 6 alt. sampsons

WOD:

1.) “Karen”

  • 150 wallballs for time

*Notes: 10 minute cutoff. 

2.) 2K row time trail

*Notes: 10 minute cutoff. 

 

After Party: 

  • No post WOD work for today.
