Whole 30 Challenge Starts Saturday!

CrossFit FMS will be hosting a “Whole 30 Challenge” for it’s members! The kick off will be THIS Saturday September 21st at 11:00 AM (Shortly following our Saturday at 10:00 AM class.)

What is the Whole 30? It’s 30 days of 100% commitment to eating real. whole. food. It’s the RX’d version of “Paleo”. The gold standard. It’s finding out what your body is capable of when you clear out all the crap and fill up the race car with high octane fuel! Reduced body fat, increased performance, faster WOD times, increased engery, etc. It’s a nutrition plan designed to change the way you think about food in 30 days! Think of it as a short-term nutritional reset, designed to help you restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, calm systemic inflammation and put an end to unhealthy cravings, habits, and relationships with food!

She will be at your disposal each Saturday throughout the 30 day challenge helping you get educated on the things you stick down your gullet!  😉 Being a part of this opportunity to change the way you look, feel, perform, and eat is simple… Just be there this Saturday at 11:00 AM! We will get you all the information you need from there!
