CrossFit FMS WOD:

Warm-Up:

1.) 4 minute AMRAP:

  • 5 thrusters (pvc)
  • 5 burpees

2.) Squat clean progressions

3.) Squat Clean:

  • 3 with an empty bar
  • 3 at a light load

WOD:

1.) Squat Clean: 5 x 3

2.) Strict Press: 3 x 5

3.) Treat: 3 minute AMRAP of thrusters (65/45)

After Party: 

  • 2 minute squat bottom
