Warm-Up:

1.) 4 minute AMRAP:

  • 4 burpees
  • 4 alt. sampsons

2.) kipping pull-up progressions

WOD:

“Angie”

All for time:

  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100 push-ups
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 100 air squats

*Notes: End of class cutoff.
