CrossFit FMS WOD:

Warm-Up:

1.) 4 minute AMRAP:

  • 40 singles
  • 8 overhead squats

2.) 1:30 AMRAP:

  • Double unders (attempts)

3.) Hang power snatch progressions

4.) Hang power snatches:

  • 3 reps with an empty bar
  • 3 reps at WOD load

5.) Toes to bar progressions

WOD:

All for time:

  • 21 hang power snatches (115/75)
  • 21 t2bs
  • 50 double unders (150 singles)
  • 15 hang power snatches (115/75)
  • 15 t2bs
  • 50 double unders (150 singles)
  • 9 hang power snatches (115/75)
  • 9 t2bs
  • 50 double unders (150 singles)
