CrossFit FMS WOD:

Warm-Up:

1.) 5 minute AMRAP:

  • 8 up/down dogs
  • 6 alt. lunges
  • 4 burpees

WOD:

  • 50 hand release push-ups
  • 50 alt. step ups (20”)
  • 50 medball sit-ups (20/14)
  • 50 ketllebell swings (24kg/16kg)

After Party: 

1.) Iron cross: 2 x 2:00
