CrossFit FMS WOD:

Warm-Up:

1.) 4 minute AMRAP:

  • 10 goodmornings
  • 30 singles

2.) 2 minute AMRAP of double unders

3.) Deadlifts:

  • 3 moderate
  • 3 WOD load

WOD:

3 RFT of:

  • 20 deadlifts (185/120)
  • 40 sit-ups
  • 60 double unders (45 attempts)

After Party: 

  • 3:00 squat bottom
