Warm-Up:

1.) 4 minute AMRAP:

  • 5 front squats
  • 30 singles

2.) 1:30 of double unders

2.) Front Squats:

  • 3 moderate
  • 3 WOD load

WOD:

1.) 15 minute AMRAP:

  • 15 front squats (115/75)
  • 15 push ups
  • 30 double unders

After Party: 

1.) Foam roll calves: 2 x 2:00
