CrossFit FMS WOD:


1.) Both morning classes are CANCELED due to the potentially hazardous driving conditions.

2.) Thanksgiving Week Holiday Schedule:

-Thursday, Nov 28th: Closed
-Friday, Nov 29th: Closed
-Saturday, Nov 30th: Closed

Normal classes will resume Monday, December 2nd



1.) 5 minute AMRAP:

  • 5 bar kips
  • 10 up/down dogs
  • 15 jumping jacks

2.) Movement set-up and review


8 minute AMRAP:

  • 10 C2B pull-ups (2 negatives)
  • 10 box jumps (24”) 

—-4 minute rest—-

8 minute AMRAP:

  • 10 wallballs (20/14)
  • 10 burpees

After Party:

1.) 2 x 2:00: banded hip
