CrossFit FMS WOD:

Double-Under-Practice-at-Progressive-Fitness-CrossFit-photo

Warm-Up:

1.) 4 minute AMRAP:

  • 5 front squats
  • 30 singles

2.) 1:30 of double unders

3.) Front squats:

  • 5 reps at a light load

WOD:

1.) Front Squat: 10 minutes to establish a 5RM

2.) 7 minute AMRAP:

  • 5 power C&Js (165/115)
  • 30 double unders

After Party:

1.) 2×2:00 active hamstring stretch
