Warm-up

1.) 4 minute AMRAP:

  • 6 up/down dogs
  • 6 good mornings
  • 9 air squats

WOD:

12 minutes to establish a 1 RM Squat clean

then

5 Rounds for time:

  • 10 HSPU
  • 15 Deadlifts 185/135

 

After Party:

Banded hamstring
