Warm up:

4 Minute AMRAP

3 burpees

6 samson stretches

12 jumping jacks

Tabata

  1. KBS
  2. bottom to bottom air squats
  3. abmat sit-ups
  4. airdyne

*TABATA=8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.

1 minute rest after each movement

After party:

Couch stretch
