Warm-Up:

Runner’s hip

2×1:30

1.) 3 minute AMRAP:

  • 9 air squats
  • 6 bar kips
  • 3 burpees

WOD:

Weighted Pull-ups

1-1-1-1-1-1-1

then:

10-8-6-4-2

  • squat cleans 95/65
  • toes to bar

 

After Party:

couch stretch
