CrossFit FMS WOD:  

Warm-Up:

Over head tissue smash

2×1:30

1.) 5 minute AMRAP:

400m run

  • 6 pass throughs
  • 9 bar kips
  • 12 air squats

WOD:

Press

3×5

then:

10 min AMRAP

  • 7 front squats   135/95
  • 7 chest to bar pull-ups

 

After Party:

Couch stretch

2×1:30
