CrossFit FMS WOD:  

Warm-Up:

Anterior shoulder smash (lacrosse ball)

2×1:30

5 minute AMRAP:

400m run

  • 6 pass throughs
  • 6 push-ups
  • 9 air squats

WOD:

5x ME hand stand push-ups

then

7 minute AMRAP

  • 10 power snatch  75/55
  • 15 box jumps  24/20

 

After Party:

lacrosse ball shoulder smash

2×1:30
