CrossFit FMS WOD:

1.)  Warmp-up

5 minute AMRAP

400m run

  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 10 bar kips
  • 5 burpees

WOD: 

Power clean 5×3  @ 60-75%

add 2.5 lbs to last weeks load

then

3 RFT

  • 400m run
  • 21 KBS    1.5/1
  • 12 pull-ups
