CrossFit FMS WOD:  

Warm-Up:

couch stretch

2×1:30

4 minute AMRAP:

200m run

  • 6 samsons
  • 9 air squats
  • 12 jumping jacks

WOD:

20 minute AMRAP

  • 400m run
  • 3 rounds of Cindy (5 pull-ups 10 push-ups 15 air squats)

*if you have a weighted vest (20lbs) wear it*
