CrossFit FMS WOD:  

Warm-Up:

2×1:30 couch stretch

3 minute AMRAP:

  • 3 burpees
  • 6 alternating lunge steps
  • 12 jumping jacks

WOD:

Partner Row

50-40-30-20-10  calories

1 athlete completes 25 air squats while the other athlete rows

*calories are per athlete*

 

After Party:

2×1:30 runner’s hip
