1.)  Warm-up

4 minute AMRAP

200m run

  • 6 alternating samsons
  • 9 bar kips
  • 12 air squats

WOD: 

  • 20 pull ups
  • 400m run
  • 20 GHD sit ups
  • 400 m run
  • 20 push ups
  • 400 m run
  • 20 box jumps
  • 400m run

*30 min cut off
