1.)  Warmp-up

2:00 Airdyne

3 rds

  • 6 good mornings
  • 9 lunge steps
  • 12 jumping jacks

WOD:

Four – 3 minute rounds

  • 9 box jumps  30/24
  • 12 sumo deadlift high pulls  75/55
  • AMRAP lateral bar hops with remaining time

Rest 2 minutes after each round

*score = total # of bar hops
