1.)  Warmp-up

300m row

runner’s hip 2×1:00

2 rds

  • 6 pass throughs
  • 6  jump squats
  • 15m bear crawl

WOD: 

Push press

3×5 @70%

then:

7 rft

  • 7 hang squat cleans 95/65
  • 7 hspu

* do as many strict hspu as possible each round before kipping*
