1.)  Warmp-up

2 rds

  • 4 push ups
  • 6 walking lunges
  • 12 jumping jacks

WOD: 

EMOM

  • Odd minutes:  row 10/7 calories
  • Even minutes: 1 round of Cindy (scaled 3-6-9 )

***Goal is to make it to 40 minutes***
