1.)  Warmp-up

2 rds

  • 6 alternating samsons
  • 8 good mornings
  • 10 air squats

WOD:  Baseline WOD #2

CrossFit Total

  • Squat 1RM
  • Press 1RM
  • Deadlift 1RM
