banded shoulder  2×1:00

  • 6 bar kips
  • 8 jump squats
  • 15m bear crawl

WOD: 

Push press

3×5 @ 75%  1×5 @80%

then:

AMRAP 10 min

  • 15 wall balls   20/14
  • 12 box jumps  24/20
  • 9 C2B pull ups
