1.)  Warmp-up

200m run

2 rds

  • 7 lunge steps
  • 7 push ups
  • 7 jumping jacks

WOD: 

3 person teams

10k row

  • 1 athlete works at a time, you must switch every 250m and each athlete must perform 5 burpee box jump overs before returning to rower.
