  • 5 air squats
  • 5 push ups
  • 15 jumping jacks

WOD: 

back squat

1×3 @75%  1×3@80%  1×3@85%

then:

3rft

  • 21 box jumps   24/20
  • 15 bar facing burpees
  • 9 power cleans   135/95
