  • Starting tomorrow Monday May 4th, we will only have one lunch class at 12 noon.
  • Friday, May 8th we will not have any afternoon classes.  Come out to Odessa CrossFit and support those competing in the Pairanormal competition.



CrossFit FMS WOD:

1.)  Warm-up

400m run

runner’s hip


  • 3 push ups
  • 7 jump squats
  • 15 jumping jacks


front squat

3 reps @70&75%

3×3 @80%



  • deadlifts    155/115
  • box jumps  24/20
  • hand release push ups
