  • 10 air squats
  • 15m bear crawl

WOD: 

push press

3×3 @70%

then

3 rft

  • 20 box jumps
  • 15 hspu
  • 10 shoulder to overhead   155/115
  • 5 muscle ups/chest to bar pullups
