1.)  Warm-up

400m run

2rds

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 25 walking lunges
  • 10 jump squats

WOD: 

Back squat 3 reps @70&75%   2×3@80%

then

3 RFT

  • 400m run
  • 20 wall ball shots  20/14
  • 10 kbs  2/1.5
