  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 pvc pass throughs
  • 10 bar kips

WOD: 

push press 6RM then

2×6 @80%

then

3rft

  • 21 toes-to-bar
  • 15 box jump overs
  • 9 push jerks  155/105

**scale as needed**
