  • 10 walking lunges
  • 10 pvc pass throughs
  • 10 bar kips

WOD: 

push press 5RM then

2×5 @80%

then

3rft

  • 15 chest to bar pull-ups
  • 20 ghd sit-ups
  • 25 calories airdyne
