CrossFit FMS WOD:

1.)  Warm-up

3 rounds

  • 100m run
  • 7 good mornings  45/35
  • 7 jump squats
  • 7 push ups

WOD: 

“The Chief”

max rounds in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 power cleans 135/95
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 9 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Record rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.
