1.)  Warm-up

3 rds

  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 10 air squats
  • 5 broad jumps
  • 100m run

WOD:

Back squat

8RM then

1×8 at 80% of 8RM

then

AMRAP 10

  • 40′ burpee broad jumps
  • 40′ walking lunges
  • 200m run
