  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 10 squat jumps
  • 10 lunges
  • 15 calories airdyne

WOD:

back squat

5RM then

1×5 at 80% of 5RM

then

AMRAP 8

  • 10 box jump overs  24/20
  • 30 abmat situps
  • 40ft lunges
