Wednesday  5:15am – 8:30am(beginner’s)-12pm – 4:30pm – 5:30pm-6:30pm-7pm(beginner’s)

Thursday 5:15am – 8:30am(beginner’s)-12pm – 4:30pm – 5:30pm

New Year’s Day- 12pm

Saturday- 10am

  • 10 jump squats
  • 30 second squat bottom hold
  • 50 singles


Back squat 3rm



  • 50 double unders
  • 25 power snatches  75/55
