CrossFit FMS WOD:  

1.)  Warm-up

3rds

  • 50 singles
  • 10 good mornings 45/35
  • 10 push ups
  • 5 inch worms

WOD: 

Deadlift   5-5-5

then

EMOM for 4 rounds

  • minute 1= 11 hand stand push ups
  • min 2 = 21 kbs
  • min 3 = 50 double unders
