Easter weekend schedule:

Friday- 830 am beginner’s class and 12pm CF Open 16.5 all athletes

Saturday- 11am – 1pm open gym 


CrossFit FMS WOD:  

1.)  Warm-up

500m row


  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 6 up/down dogs
  • 6 alternating samsons
  • 30 seconds squat bottom



  • Odd-skill/weakness #1
  • Even-skill/weakness #2

CrossFit Open athletes

  • Row at a light pace for 15 to 25 minutes
  • mobility work- 10-15 minutes
