  • 10 good mornings 45/35
  • 10 shoulder presses
  • 10 front squats

WOD: 

Back squat

8 rm then 2×8 @80%

then

EMOM 15

 

  • Minute 1 = 12 hang power cleans 115/85
  • Minute 2 = 10 push jerks
  • Minute 3 = 8 front squats
