1.)  Warm-up

500m row

3rds

  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 10 pvc pass throughs
  • 8 push ups

WOD:  

10 RFT

  • 250m row
  • 5 strict hspu

Treat each round as a sprint and rest 2 minutes after each round
