2 minutes airdyne-easy

3rds

  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 5 inch worms to up dog
  • 4 alternating samsons

WOD: 

5 rounds

  • 30 abmat sit ups
  • 20/15 calories airdyne

*rest 3 minutes after each round
